- On April 15 the newly elected Town Board will take office.
- Thank you to Robert Wedell for his many years of leadership and service to our community. He has not only represented our community to state and local associations; but has also cleared trees and brush during storms to keep the roads open, installed signage, and filled a lot of potholes! We wish Bob some well deserved rest and relaxation! He will continue to represent our community as the District 9 representative on the Waushara County Board.
- Welcome to Ryan Heil who moves from a Supervisor position to that of Chair. Ryan was first elected in 2017 shortly after moving to his most favorite place in the world. Ryan’s contributions as a Supervisor include the new Town Hall/Community Center roof and bringing the blood drive back to the community. We look forward to implementing Ryans’ plans for our community.
- Dave Paulus Jr, Kristen Anderson, and Julia Staehler retain their current roles. The vacant Supervisor position will be posted.
- Patricia Johannes will soon begin her tender loving care of the Richford Town Cemetery. Adam Blader will again mow the road shoulders. Mowing operations will be done in the 10’ wide right-of-way. We will be contacting property owners regarding encroachment issues impacting safe mowing.
- Mark your calendars for June 21! We will be holding our first annual recycling event at the Town Hall/Community Center with COM2 Recycling Services. More information will be forthcoming including an extensive list of items accepted. Thank you Dave Paulus Jr. for putting this all together.
- Reminder that the Annual Meeting of the Electors is Tuesday, April 15 @6PM.
